  ~ Prussia's P.O.V ~

Standing outside England's house, Prussia waited. He had been waiting for over a hour now, and it didn't look as if England was going to get home anytime soon. He sighed and muttered, "How much longer do I have to wait for Arthur to get home so I can carry on with my awesome plan?"

As if in response, the sound of a car was heard. Prussia hid his head in the bushes, a slight smirk starting on his face as he watched England open the door to his house and walk inside. "Kesesese~ Perfect." He started to count on how long it would take until England would get pranked.

At about his seventeenth count, the sounds of a horrified shout and random stuff moving around or breaking was heard. Slowly, the Prussian got up and started in the house. What greeted him made him look even more proud of what he did. England laying on the ground, covered in some rainbow-ish paint and some other random assorted objects that made him look like some strange rainbow creature from the back of a closet. He started to laugh, "Kesesese~"

England looked up to the laughter, knowing who it was. Prussia. His annoyance grew and he stood up rigid. "You git!" He yelled, only to be answered by Prussia's laugh. "I'll show you!!" He stomped off into one of his rooms, searching for his spell book. Once he got it he went back out, turning to the right page. He couldn't wait to shut Prussia up for all of the horrible things he has done to him. Well, he'll show the Prussian not to mess with him.

"This'll teach you that this has gone far enough." And with that, England started chanting a spell.

Listening to England say the spell, he frowned. Why was England trying some of this fake 'magic' stuff. Or.. Atleast.. he thought it was fake.. It obviously is though, because the awesome him thought of it. He started to feel a bit strange, tickly feeling, then the feeling that he was quickly falling to the ground.

'Good, the spell is working.'  England thought as he watched Prussia's expression change from a smirk, to a frown, then to a near shocked look as he shrunk. England walked over to the now still shrinking ex-country. "So, how do you feel?"

"I feel like I'm falling! That's what I feel like!" Prussia shouted in a now tiny/kid like sounding voice.
"Well good," England smirked, happy that he had the upper hand, "You will stay this way until I say you can be normal."

    -3 hours later-
"Well good," England had smirked, looking happy that he had the upper hand, "You will stay this way until I say you can be normal."
"What does he mean normal... I'm still awesome.. Maybe he was playing with my mind with his unawesome tricks. Yeah! That's it!"
Prussia trudged along the sidewalk, it was taking him a longer time getting home then normal. If he looked down, the ground was probably a somewhat inches from his face. When he looked up at the people rushing past him they were like mountains. He'd been nearly smushed by the many objects and people, so he felt glad when he had turned near a quiet neighborhood. He looked around again at the closeness the ground was and how high simple things, like short fences, were. Seeing his house near, he broke into a run, which probably consisted  of eight steps per sidewalk block.

Once he reached the steps, he looked up them, he didn't remember them being so tall. It was probably another of England's mind tricks. He leaped up the steps, reaching the huge door. He jumped up and gripped the handle, sliding off. He jumped up again and gripped the handle, but again slipped off. Growing annoyed, he tried again and again until finally, the door opened. He walked inside.

He walked around the house, looking for Germany. He probably knew where Germany was. Walking into the living room he saw that Germany wasn't there, so he looked in some different rooms, finally ending up in front of Germany's room. "West?" He peered in.

    "Ja?"
Hearing the answer, Prussia ran over to Germany, shocked to see that he was a mountain too. "West.. do I look any different... I mean not different as in not as awesome as I normally am, because I am always awesome, but do I look different?" He inquired.

Germany looked up from the book he was reading and frowned, seeing no one there. "Is this one of your tricks again Bruder?"

    "Nein! I'm right here!"

    "I don't see you..."

    "Look down.."

Germany looked down at the mini Prussian. "You're tiny.."

That was it, Prussia turned and ran into his own room, looking in the mirror, he saw that he was very very small. Backing up slightly he got a ruler, which was huge to him, and measured his height. 21 inches. He let the ruler drop. He was really, truly, tiny. He backed up. This couldn't be true, England didn't know any spells, magic was fake right!?

And that was how Prussia became a living shimeji person. He soon adapted to the tiny way of life, besides who knows how long he would be one.
Turned out better then I expected, really...

I didn't do the accents because... I didn't feel like it, although I almost did..
